Abstract
In the past, human rights had been conceptualized in a way that did not take account of women’s lives and the fact that they experienced violence, crime, discrimination and coercion. In the past, women followed certain norms and traditions that put many restraints upon them, primarily in the male dominated society. The work of activists, human rights mechanisms and States has been critical in ensuring that the human rights framework has developed and adjusted to summarize the gender specific dimensions of human rights violations to safeguard women in a better way. Efficiently ensuring women’s human rights requires a wide-ranging understanding of the fundamental societal structures and power relations that define and stimulate the ability of the women to enjoy human rights. These power structures have an impact on all aspects of life, from law and politics, to economic and social policy, family and community life, education, training, skill development and attainment of employment opportunities.

Abstract
ducation in real sense is to humanize humanity and to make life progressive cultured and civilized. It is very important for the progress of the individual and society. It is through education that man develops his thinking and reasoning, problem solving and creativity, intelligence and aptitude, positive sentiments and skills, good values and attitudes. Maulana Azad, a rarest of the rare personality, did not compromise on two major issues, first, Unity of India and second, education to its citizens. As a first education minister of free India, he had a great burden to democratize and universalize Indian education system, different from the then practicing British education system and irrespective of caste, creed, religion, elite class or gender. He believed that wealth of a nation is not concentrated in country s banks but in primary schools.

Abstract
Today Technology is playing tremendous role in enhances the teaching and learning process. It has play vital role for improvement of classroom effectiveness. Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is playing a vital role in open and distance learning (ODL) to meet the requirements and expectations of the learners’ in large scale. It is difficult to perform the same using any traditional institutional system due to its limited resources. ICT has various proven tools and technologies to meet the requirements of a learner at various phases of learning cycle viz the admission phase, the learning phase, the evaluation phase and finally the certification phase as a service. Due to heterogeneous requirements in open distance learning, there are issues and challenges that are to be addressed in usage of the technology and the service(s) being provided through ICT. The paper emphasizes the issues and challenges on the computing & network infrastructure, portability with respect to hardware & software and various learner support services. The paper also presents on security issues of a service in terms of its availability, authenticity, confidentiality and access control so that one can ensure a service to the utmost satisfaction of a learner in open distance learning system

Abstract
One of the greatest educationists in the world so far. His contribution in education is unforgettable. Rabindranath Tagore (1861-1941), Not only Indian but was Asia‘s first Nobel Laureate, was born into a prominent Calcutta family known for its socio-religious and cultural innovations during the 19th Bengal Renaissance. The objective of the paper is to analyze the educational thoughts of Tagore, his basic conception of education and its process. The paper is primarily based on secondary sources like the Books, Journals and Articles etc. The method used is historic -analytic method. Tagore was a great champion of education for international understanding.

Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic was a global outbreak of coronavirus; an infectious disease caused by the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2).Covid -19 pandemic adversely affected all the spheres of life including the education system on a global basis. India, like every other country, was confronted with this difficulty across the board. The pandemic resulted in a substantial amount of damage to the educational system in India. On the one hand, lockdown and social isolation had a negative impact on the student's life, but on the other hand, it led to the establishment of a new education system that made use of technologies. Around 32 crore children were prevented from attending schools and colleges as a direct result of the closure of schools and institutions; yet, this setback ultimately helped to pave the way for the development of the online education system. In this world, the only thing that is consistent is change, and the other aspects of life are highly unpredictable. As a result, the education industry has shown itself to be a fighter all over the world and has effectively faced the challenge posed by COVID-19 by digitizing its processes. The purpose of this paper is to explore both the positive and negative aspects of COVID 19, as well as the steps that the Indian government took to combat the challenges caused by the pandemic.

Madhubani painting, originating from Bihar's Mithila region, stands as a vibrant embodiment of folk art celebrated for its intricate designs and profound cultural symbolism. Dating back to ancient times, Madhubani art adorned homes during festivals, depicting mythological narratives, rituals, and symbolic motifs that reflect the region's rich heritage. Employing natural dyes and pigments sourced from plants and minerals, this art form boasts vibrant colors and intricate patterns, ranging from geometric abstractions to detailed portrayals of flora, fauna, and deities, each laden with symbolic significance and aesthetic appeal. Over the years, Madhubani art has transcended its domestic origins, extending onto mediums like cloth, paper, and modern art forms, showcasing its versatility and enduring allure. This study investigates into the evolution and adaptation of Madhubani art, tracing its journey from traditional practices to recognition on national and global platforms. Local artists, NGOs, and governmental initiatives have played crucial roles in preserving and revitalizing this cultural heritage through workshops, training programs, and exhibitions. Despite its global popularity, Madhubani art confronts challenges such as motif standardization, copyright issues, and sustainability of natural resources. The future of Madhubani art hinges on fostering sustainable practices, leveraging digital platforms for broader outreach, and forging innovative collaborations to preserve its authenticity while expanding its global footprint.
