The environment of the cloud usage is quite dynamic that require a mechanism that ensure to have consistency into the adoptability of the process for the data and information access systems or management in the secure way to ensure the robustness. There exist various form of the attack patterns and the malicious behavior that directly correlate to the performance and the integrity of the data and resource availability in term of the quality of services and experience to the users. One of such attack patterns is denial of the services attack. The traditional approach of forensic mechanism fails to have control on such attack patterns. A typical approach of framework modelling is designed and validated in as a research study contribution for the secure data management by adhering to the strict security policy. A method adopts to identify, detect and then eliminate an unusual size of the combination of the attack made unanimously using a scheme of the schematics of the communication policy based on the mapping of the security policies. The model is validated for its strength and robustness and found suitable for the dynamic, secure data management, access control to be adoptable into the real time dynamic scenarios under different threats.
