Abstract
A health care institute, determined at providing specialized treatment to patients with the help of professional staff and medical equipment. Perhaps this statement would be ample to describe a hospital in words. A glance in the historic past tells us that since the dawn of civilization, illness, diseases and wounds have been companions of human beings. Although diseases and wounds were treated well to a certain extent in the past, yet the approaches taken in the present are of course different. Summing up all it could be said that where there is a sickness, there is a treatment too. Every human being, at least once in a lifetime must have been associated with a hospital. Since hospitals provide patients with services such as treatments, medical counselling, testing etcetera, there is definitely a quality of service associated with the services they offer. This study is contemplated to evaluate the service quality offered by the public sector hospitals in Kashmir.

Abstract
Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic disease of the central nervous system in which nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord are damaged that leads in the progression of physical disability over time. Walking impairment is a leading feature of MS and a sentinel characteristic of the later or advanced stages of the disease. This paper presents a conceptual rationale along with empirical evidence for exercise training as a rehabilitation approach for managing walking impairment and improving walking function in persons with MS. Conceptually, MS is associated with a decrease in physical activity, which, in turn, can result in deconditioning across multiple domains of physiological functioning. The resulting deconditioning feeds back and further drives physical inactivity until a threshold is reached that likely initiates the progression of walking impairment in MS. Empirically, physical activity and exercise training have been associated with beneficial effects on walking function in persons with MS.
