Abstract
Creativity is the ability to produce and generate new and novel ideas and things. God has given this ability to man and with this ability man has created many things which have contributed to the comfort of human life. Creativity may be inherited as well as acquired but the amount of creativity varies among individual; it may be high and low. Various studies have been conducted to investigate the relationship of creativity with academic achievement as it has been considered as strong predictor of academic achievement. The purpose of this study was to compare the levels of creativity in government and private secondary schools. The two goals of the current investigation are: 1. To investigate the creative differences between male and female secondary school pupils. 2. To determine whether government and private secondary school students differ in terms of creativity. Baquer Mehdi’s “Non-verbal tests of creative thinking was administered for collecting the data. The findings of this study indicated the significant difference in the creativity of the Government & Private secondary school students. whereas govt. secondary school students were found high in creative abilities than private secondary school students. Further, gender as a variable also made a difference among students.

Abstract
Teacher is an agent of society, state, individual, and nation. Without good teachers, no country can progress. The importance of teachers in the life of a nation cannot be overlooked. The teacher influences the immature minds of the youth. They can mould and treat the young minds into the various forms. During 21st century, ICT plays a big role for the development of educational system all over the world. ICT will assist teachers to the global requirement to replace traditional teaching methods with technological-based teaching learning tools and facilitates. In the present context, ICT plays an important role in transforming the country to the future development. The main objective of the study to know the status of technology in teacher education programme in J&K. and also to know the ICT initiatives for the preparation of teacher education programme in J&K. This paper will help for policy makers and administrators in J&K so that they can check and identify the status of teacher education in J&K.

Abstract
Quantum dots are rapidly gaining interest for application in cancer cell imaging, and it has been shown that combining the drug delivery capabilities of polymers with cell imaging properties yields the best results. The pharmacokinetics research of QDs is the primary need for determining their safety. A typical QD's primary structure consists of a metalloid crystalline core that can be encased within a thin shell to protect the core and improve both electronic and optical characteristics. The hydrophilic I-III-VI type QDs that were created were also discovered to have the potential to be fluorescent probes for the identification of biomolecules and proteins. QDs were stable in vivo, did not agglomerate, and could identify all cell types in the embryo. QDs might be useful for detecting diseases and poisons, as well as identifying their features, such as pathogenicity. QDs' sensitivity and multiplexing capability for in vitro detection of several protein or nucleic acid tumor cell markers that alter at different stages of cancer, QDs have been utilized to regulate brain cells in a novel coupling of quantum physics and neurology.
