Abstract
India's forthcoming presidency of the Group of Twenty (G20) presents a significant opportunity for the country to expedite progress towards the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, while simultaneously addressing the formidable challenges that impede its realization. India's leadership within the G20 can catalyse efforts to tackle pressing global issues while focusing on the specific challenges to the country itself. This paper highlights the key areas of focus for India's G20 presidency, including enhancing inclusive growth, addressing climate change, fostering technology innovation, advancing gender equality, promoting sustainable infrastructure, and stimulating global trade. It also explores the challenges faced by India in effectively implementing the 2030 Agenda, such as poverty eradication, ensuring quality education, reducing inequality, and providing access to clean energy. The paper also discusses an Assessment of India's Performance in Achieving Sustainable Development Goals — the analysis of four graphs provides valuable insights. How India’s Hits and Misses, and the Opportunity Ahead.

Abstract
This study investigates into the contrasting Human Resource Management (HRM) practices of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) and Reliance Jio, two leading telecom companies in Jharkhand representing public and private sector entities. While BSNL, a government-owned organization, operates within a structured, hierarchical framework emphasizing job security and adherence to government regulations, Reliance Jio exemplifies a dynamic, innovation-driven private sector enterprise. The research explores key differences in recruitment, training, performance management, employee engagement, and compensation practices. It highlights how BSNL's traditional HR methods focus on tenure-based progression and standardized training, whereas Reliance Jio promotes merit-based advancement and cutting-edge technology integration. The findings underscore the impact of HR practices on organizational success, employee motivation, and adaptability in the rapidly evolving telecom sector. With comparing the HR approaches of these entities, the study identifies the strengths and challenges inherent in both sectors, offering insights into how tailored HR strategies can enhance workforce productivity and satisfaction. This analysis aims to contribute to the ongoing discourse on HRM's role in fostering innovation and competitiveness within the telecom industry, ultimately guiding improvements in HR practices across public and private sectors.

Abstract
A B S T R A C T
Charles Lamb, one of the most prominent English essayists of the 19th century, offers a nuanced portrayal of romance within the context of English society. His works, characterized by wit, sentimentality, and profound reflection on human relationships, reflect the societal norms and romantic ideals of his time. Lamb's essays and letters provide a window into the romantic sensibilities of early 19th-century England, where love, courtship, and affection were deeply intertwined with social class, family values, and personal morality. This paper explores Lamb's depiction of romance, not in a conventional narrative form, but through his reflections on love, friendship, and domestic relationships in the broader context of English societal expectations.

Abstract
A succinct description of zinc oxide (ZnO) nanoparticles with an emphasis on their production, properties, and potential applications in medicine. These days, ZnO nanoparticles are very unique due to their many uses across a variety of industries, particularly biomedicine. The synthesis methods analysed cover a wide range of strategies, such as physical, chemical, and natural processes, all of which affect the nanoparticles' surface characteristics, size, and form. Here, we present an unmistakable, monetarily insightful, one-pot green synthesis of zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO-NPs) for an extent of normal purposes.

Abstract
Habitat fragmentation, caused by human activities like urban development and agriculture, impacts biodiversity and ecological processes. It leads to isolated ecosystems, declining species populations, and genetic diversity loss. Ecological networks aim to address these challenges by preserving essential conditions for ecosystem and species survival in fragmented landscapes. However, public institutions often overlook ecologists' and wildlife managers' expertise in planning, resulting in strategies that inadequately tackle habitat fragmentation complexities.
