Abstract
This study used a quantitative research methodology to examine the economic and social conditions of tribal women in four selected areas. A purposive sampling technique was used to choose 110 tribal women for participation in the study. This made sure that the data collected would be a good fit for the goals of the research. A structured survey schedule was utilized to get precise information about the participants' demographics and socioeconomic position.

Abstract
The portrayal of disability in cinema has evolved significantly over time, reflecting shifts in societal attitudes and values. Traditionally, disabled characters were often depicted in a negative light, reduced to stereotypes of tragedy, pity, or helplessness. These portrayals reinforced harmful perceptions of disability as something to be feared or avoided, reinforcing societal exclusion.

Abstract
The quality of life (QoL) in children is a crucial metric of a nation's social and economic progress. It indicates the degree to which children's fundamental needs, including health, education, nourishment, shelter, recreation, and emotional well-being, are met. Nonetheless, children's living situations vary among geographical locations. Spatial variations resulting from disparities in natural contexts, socio-economic conditions, access to public services, and infrastructural development lead to substantial discrepancies in overall quality of life. In this article, systematic review on quality of life among children have been discussed.

Abstract
The current study focuses on effectiveness of infotainment-based English Language Teaching (ELT) in improving the English language proficiency, motivation and classroom engagement of the learners in the context of Kolkata. Infotainment which blends informational content with entertaining aspects has emerged as a learner-centred pedagogical approach but the application and empirical validation of infotainment in Indian ELT classrooms has been limited. To fill this gap, the current study uses mixed-method quasi-experimental research design in which 120 students are divided into two groups as experimental and control in addition to 15 English language teachers. The experimental group was taught using infotainment-based instructional strategies, whereas the control group was taught using traditional ELT instruction for an eight-week period of time. Quantitative data was collected via pre tests, post tests and motivation questionnaires and qualitative data was collected via classroom observations and semi-structured interviews with the teachers.

In democratic democracies across the globe, the question of whether or not convicts should be allowed to vote is still a hotly debated topic. This study looks at prisoner enfranchisement trends worldwide, comparing and contrasting the methods used by various nations. In some countries, the right to vote is universal and unaffected by a person's criminal record, whereas in others, limits are imposed for ethical, political, or legal reasons.

Abstract
In India, environmental legislation has evolved significantly throughout the past 20 years. During this time, the majority of the guiding concepts for environmental law in India were established. The Indian judiciary, especially the High Courts and the Supreme Court, has been instrumental in shaping the legislation in this field. The Indian parliament has, without a doubt, passed a slew of environmental protection and preservation statutes.

Abstract
This study examines Nathaniel Hawthorne's The Scarlet Letter through the cultural lens of its symbolic depiction of sin and salvation. In this work, Hawthorne employs symbols to show how human identity and perspectives of the Puritan society are complex, set against the backdrop of the society's rigid moral code. The dynamic symbolism of the scarlet letter A includes not only transgression and humiliation but also power, perseverance, and moral transformation.

Abstract
The study investigated how training programs and motivation initiatives interact, and how motivation operates as a mediating variable relative to the organizational climate and as a moderating variable with respect to motivational programs. To accomplish this, the researchers used a quantitative methodology to collect data from 250 employees of a broad range of organizations using a structured survey containing items that were measured on a five-point Likert-type scale.

Abstract
Talent management is an essential strategy for businesses wanting to keep their talent and have a stable workforce for the long term. Unfortunately, many organizations still lose employees due to a mismatch between their employees’ abilities and the job they are doing. The purpose of this study was to explore the connection between talent management practices and retention through a focus on how competency alignment mediates the relationship. Specifically, examined the role that psychometric assessment, competency mapping, talent development, and perceived organizational support played in employees’ decisions to stay with their companies.
